Down Town Print & Copy
Deceived about cost and quality

Miscellaneous

I will keep this to the point so that there is no uncertainty of what was unacceptable.

-I was told R50 each for my A1 colour pages and said yes. In the end you charged me R100 each for my two A1 colour pages of which 1 only had less than an A4 size worth of colour on.
-You printed my two colour pages on toilet paper. The images were virtually equal on both sides of the paper due to the ink punching through.
-You printed my two colour pages as drafts and charged me R100 each. The images were as dull as a normal colour image with wax paper over and I am not exaggerating.
-You swopped two of my black&white pages and accused me of placing them in the wrong order- I received them in the wrong order.
- You handled my printed sheets very roughly and I received it in poor condition and very wrinkly, in fact, they would be considered damaged goods and you should have reprinted it.

I am very unimpressed and insulted by the experience. I will absolutely never make use of any Down Town Print & Copy again and I will be sure to warn my colleagues about the poor service and quality I received. I would have payed half the price for proper quality have I gone to my usual printing place.
