Bad Attitude, Bad Service

At Print & Post, Laguna Mall Langebaan I went in to have pictures printed for me. As I walked in the shop was busy. I waited my turn. The man that started to help me was English so I tried my best English, with some Afrikaans in between which he understood, so I explained what I want done. I gave my memory stick to him, he put it in the computer, and then he turned and talk to another woman, they sound like friends. I open my file, open the pictures, he turned to me and the computer; I started to explain to him again what I want. He then said; "No. No, I am busy", and then he first answered his emails. I waited again. In the meantime he still talks to the woman. Now he opened my file, look at my pictures, I explained, again what I want, he said. "You, want me to down scale these pictures to ID sizes for you? " I said yes and he said, "Are you serious? ". I asked him that if he cannot do it he must give the memory stick back to me and I will go and find another place that is willing to do so, and all I got from him was a "Serious" again, and he laughed at me as I walked out.
