Amazing Service from Mccarthy

This is a story of how called Heinrich Viviers, one of the used car Sales Executives at McCarthy Toyota Lynnwood went beyond any reasonable expectations to ensure customer satisfaction.
I bought a used Prado from a dealer in Bloemfontein during December. As we were on our way to Cape Town (from Pretoria) for holiday, we arranged to take a loan vehicle and trailer there on our way. Upon arrival it became apparent the vehicle promised was in an appalling state and I cancelled the deal.
We were now stranded in Bloemfontein. At 10am I phoned Heinrich to enquire about the second option I had viewed earlier the week.
Without hesitation, he offered to help!
By 12 he had managed to secure all the legal paperwork and was on his way to Bloemfontein with the car. He arrived at 5pm, just in time to get a flight back, but not before ensuring we were on our way. He even phoned later that evening to find out if we had arrived safely at our destination.
Then in January he made good on all the promises made regarding the deal whilst providing me with a loan vehicle.
He is the most humble, decent and honest sales people I have ever dealt with. I will definitely be buying from him again
