NEVER A VW AGAIN!

Bought a new Jetta 6 from Hatfield VW in Pretoria in March 2013. Reported steering vibrations. Dealership told me that one tyre was replaced due to a flat spot. Problem remainded, however I was told the car is 100% and that I should pick up my car. Took the car to TWT in Centurion, replaced all 4 tyres at my own expence and send the Pirelli tyres to Pirelli SA for testing. Pirelli SA send me a report stating that all 4 tyres had flat spots. Have been waiting for weeks now for a answer from VW. Messages left at VW SA are never returned, dealer just acts like this is out of their hands and are waiting for response from VW SA. I owned 8 new VW cars in 7 years. Now drive a Honda Civic, did not now that service could be this good. Never again a VW!
