Car Dealer Refuses to fix my ca

Last year 2012 (30 June) i bought an an Audi A3 2007 model from Kolev Motors, and since then the car has broken down 3 times. The 1st time it broke down, which was the 2nd day of having bought the car, my warranty fixed it, the 2nd time which was reported to be the ignition, i had to pay out of my pocket. In the 2nd week of December of 2012, the turbo packed up and i took it to Kolev to be fixed. Today its over a month since my car which i am still paying for, is sitting in Edenvale without any progress of it been fixed. I keep calling Kolev Motors, particularly the salesman that i bought the car from, Shane (011 4529593/0822696283) Now this guy has been extremely rude to me as a customer, citing facts that if i can on my own find a turbo for my car, i should tell him and he'll go there and get it. Seeing that the car is still under warranty and less than a year since i got from them, it is their duty, not mine to seek the part that is missing for my car. Shane continues to be rude on daily basis, and he tells me different stories everytime i ring him. There has never been some sort of feed back from them regarding my car. I am Themba Kunene, . I need your assistance
