Faulty car. No feedback!

Purchased the following vehicle from Renault: The Glen
2013 Grand Scenic 1.6DCI

Had a few issues regarding the car such as:
1. panels/clips loose or broken
2. Vibrations when car is idling
3. Clutch noise when pulling away
4. Worn tyres

made a list and sent it through to the sales exdecutive which sold me the car.

Since the initial contact with the sales executive I have not received any feedback regarding the issues. I have spoken to the sales executive, the sales manager as weel as the dealer principal and after 2 weeks have still not received any feedback.

I must admit that when I bought the vehicle I was sceptical of the after sales service of Renault but thought I will give them the benefit of the doubt. Needless to say, the reputation of Renault's poor after sales service preceeds them for a reason.

As the dealer principal himself also chose not to provide feedback it leaves me with little choice but to pursue alternate channels to have my voice heard.

Just thought the general public should know the hogwash Renault are feeding you about improved customer relations and service is all pretty much BS.

Wishing I had my old car back...
