Bad service, incorrect quote, car bad condition

I was quoted an amount of R1560 and I ended being charged close to R1 800, when this was queried I was told that I requested the extra insurance - which is untruthful, at no point during my conversation with her did i request extra insurance and even more disturbing, she didnt ask me. Bongi's attitude was unhelpful, I received an sms from my bank letting me how much had been taken off my card, when I queried how much the security deposit was she said " work it out" - she didnt even take the time to explain to me how much she was securing on my card, which was inevitably different from the amount of money that was quoted by the call center where I reserved the car. When I called her to understand what was going she said if i had acted like a "human" she would have taken the time to explain what the charges were.

I am disappointed with the misquoting, the and the unhelpful attitude that I recieved and the best part of it all was that the manager was sitting right there the entire watching this happen, she didnt look up nor did she intervene.

lastly - the tyres on the car are flat and the service sign keeps coming - I assume it is standard to receive a fully functional ca
