I received exceptional service from Mark Crotty in the Parts Department of Killarney Toyota.
One of the plastic pins into which the parcel rack locates broke off, rending my parcel rack somewhat unstable. I explained this over the phone to Mark and he suggested I bring the vehicle in. Mark starts work really early just after 6:00am, which makes it so much more convenient to pop in before work. I took the car in the following morning and Mark immediately came out and had a look.

This part costs about R1, 400, which seemed like a lot, given that 99% of the part was in perfect order. Mark offered to make a part instead. The team removed the boot trim while I waited, so I didn't have to book the car in for another day.
Mark did an exceptionally neat job of drilling out the broken plastic pin and replacing it with a gutter bolt. In addition he flatly refused payment! Mark's outstanding service has ensured a truly delighted and very loyal Toyota customer!!
