Too much

I was told by you in February this year that my radio unit would need to be replaced, due to work I was unable to bring the car in. I came in to your branch beginning of July to sort out the unit butI was told that the radio falls under different warranty and because the vehicle they claimed was sold in january 2010 is over 3 years old and is out of warranty. I asked Salomi to send this finding to me in writing but was refused. Today I had a look at the service booklet which had the sale paper with the date of purchase 31 july 2010. I am using this date on this report as proof that my queries were made prior to end of the warranty period of this radio unit.
