I bought a vehicle from Hyundai Bedfordview in May this year. I was sold this vehicle under the condition that the rear facia was to be replaced and that whatever else was wrong, or any faults picked up within the first 30 days or 1000 kms. In the past month and a half there has been numerous excuses by the salesman regarding these conditions. I was told the facia had arrived before I took delivery, then I was told it needs to come from Korea, then it was coming sprayed and would take 20 minutes to fit, then it needs to be sprayed and they need my vehicle for 3 days, etc etc... List is long.
I have also been promised at least 2 times a week, that the vehicle would be collected, or arrangements would be made for me to deliver the vehicle, yet none has happened. I was called on Wednesday by Jonathan and told (again) that he would fetch the vehicle on Thursday, and yet again no one pitches, no phone call, sms nothing to explain. I doubt I would ever shop at Hyundai again!
