Car shuddering after major service

I booked my car in for a 90000km service which is a major service. I brought my vehicle in on Thursday 24 January 2013. The service would have taken 1 day but due to the extra servicing and repairs that needed to be done on my car, it would only be ready for collection on Monday 28 Jan. I picked my car up on Tuesday 29 Jan and was highly disappointed at the unsatisfactory service on my vehicle. On my journey home my vehicle shuddered at every stop (this was not the case before the service). I called hyundai cresta service centre to complain about the terrible service and I was told I must bring in my vehicle again for a check. They did not even offer to send a mechanic over or to send a driver to pick up my car. That is just pathetic after service. My vehicle should have been checked thoroughly before its release. They did have my vehicle for 3 full working days! I am scared to drive the vehicle and definitely not risking my life by driving the vehicle anywhere until they send someone over to my place to check the car or collect the vehicle for repairs. And I would need hyundai to lend me a courtesy car as I have meetings to attend from 10am on Wednesday 30 January.
