More shocking service from the worlds worst

You useless company has not been able to find my house for a delivery. no phone call. nothing. I had to spend nearly an hour trying to phone your pathetic call centre, only to be told you can deliver today. all because YOUR driver was too stupid to find my address which is dead simple to find, and too lazy to find the address. This is the latest in a very long line of awful service at the hands of your company. The only reason this shipment went with DHL was because sadly the company i was buying from was contracted to DHL. Normally i would never ever ever use your pathetic useless service. I have been waiting for 20 minutes on hold to try speak to a supervisor at your pathetic, lying call centre who previously had assured me that my parcel would arrive today.
