How useless can you be!

I ordered a package from [URL Removed] which should have been delivered on Monday already. It was dispatched from Kalahari on time according to your tracking website. But I have yet to receive the package. First someone phones my office on Tuesday stating that they can't find my address. REALLY? I have been living at this address for 28 years and have received hundreds of packages. Secondly, the person who phones to tell my colloquies this doesn't leave any number to phone back on. According to them, they can't reach me on my cellphone. I didn't have any messages or missed calls?? Eventually I have to phone your call centre to find out whats going on, only to be told that they say there was no one there they are sending it back to Kalahari. 1. There was someone there the WHOLE week, 2. No phone call??

Then the person at the call centre (JHB because the PTA number on your website doesn't exist!!!) mails Pretoria to ask them to phone me. I get phoned later in the day saying they will be at my house in an hour. It is the next day, once again NO SHOW!!! You are a pathetic excuse for a company! I want my package today, you will bring it to my work TODAY, phone me, my patience is up
