I phoned nissan polokwane to take my car in to have new brake pads fitted but told them that the only time that i would be able to leave the car there was the day before at 5 oclock in the afternoon and the lady said that it was fine.
yesterday afternoon at 16:40 i phoned her again to ensure that i could still bring my car then she said no one would be able to help me now because there is no one at the workshop.i could have left my car there before 5 what poor service is this? im really not happy.
