Vehicle Report delays

While driving my 2012 Ford Ranger on the N7 on the 19 April, the vehicle lost power and there was oil and smoke everywhere. The vehicle was towed to Novel Ford and they did an inspection.
It appears that while driving in the dunes, a lot of sand has got in the air filter and somehow also into the motor, oil, etc. I contacted my insurance and they met with the technical staff to further review the matter.
After their last meeting on 3 May (already 2 weeks) i was promised a report from Ford in order to make a claim, either from Ford or from my insurance.
It is now the 21 May and despite numerous calls and assurances i still have no report!
This affects my work and is costing me every day!
