Bought a new Ford Fiesta from Umhlanga ford (my 7th Ford), I had a fuel consumption problem from the start only got 400 km's on a tank of gas & the vehicle is lacking power.
I was send from pillar to post for more than a year now, ombudsman a big as-well, there telephone's are not answered & e-mails are not responded to.
Finally Ford in Klerksdorp discovered the Air Intake sensor is faulty, but because we stay in Newcastle and the job will take about a week it was recommended the repairs be done in Newcastle.
Back in Newcastle Ford firstly denied that the faulty sensor would cause a problem and the denied that the sensor was faulty, they keep on resetting the computer on the vehicle until after a couple of resets the sensor works again.
What to do Ford just shrugs you off, I cant for the life of me get in contact with the Ombudsman.
