Took my car in about a month ago to get the water pump replaced, drain and replace oil and oil filter & replace the fan belt. They called a few times with other issues that needed to be fixed. They did an engine flush and the oil filter I have given was incorrect, so they had to order the correct 1. I have approved for them to go ahead and made payment. Finally got the car back. The 1st thing that I have noticed is that the gears are suddenly loose when changing gears and the clutch felt different. There was nothing wrong with that part of my car when I took it in. If there was I would have asked then to fix that as well. And they failed to call me, to notify that there was something wrong like they did with the other issues. I truly feel that that part of my car was tampered with to ensure that I take my car back so they can get more money out of me. They called on 15/07/2013 to confirm if everything was alright and to find out if I am happy. I told they lady that I was unhappy and why and she promised to get the owner to call me to solve my problem. it is now 24/07/2013 and I am still waiting for the call :( I would not recommend this place to get your car fixed.
