PARTS OUT MY CAR AND BROKE OTHER PARTS

I sent my car in to get the clutch fixed at Tyreman Ottery. It went in for a service and clutch repair at the same time. When i got my vehicle back i was told that i need to bring it back the Monday cause the car still needed one more part that they never had and were trying to get it. When i called them again they said that they still never had the part. Then 3 weeks later my car was towed back to them to have the part installed. My car was taken back on Monday morning and they had it till Tuesday and said that the car was fixed. When i came to collect the car i my exhaust was blown and the clutch was still not fixed. Yaseen insisted the car was in working order. I drove the car and by the time i got home my car had no gears. I had the car towed back to the company the next day. When i wanted to collect the car the guy said that he will not release my car until full payment was made. This is after he damaged my exhaust and pressure plate. When i got my car back i took it to someone to assess, and found out they had my battery and a part related to my exhaust. This is all i know of at this stage which was, These people keep your car so that they can parts.
