I WANT MY CAR I WILL NOT PAY FOR YOUR DAMAGES

I purchased my car in June from Julius, windscreen and break pads were damaged. He said all will be fixed should I buy the car, by the way is a Renaul Modus, I deposited the money after a week and by then he said he has started with the fixing the car, the following day I can come fetch the car, it was a total different story because after I've deposited the car he was going from pilar to post about the collecting of the car, i then went ther after 2 days to hear his story, the told me he still going to take the car for road worthy, windscreen was not fixed, the break pads as well, nothing was done whereas he said he is busy with car a week before. He gave me a courtesy which he said it will be 1 week and all will be fixed, he called me when i was supposed to return the courtesy car, he said the workshop will be opened the following week so he extended the courtesy contract to another wk, so for 2 weeks they were fixing the damages according to what he said, i phoned him after 2 wks and he said the car is ready, remember he didnt call me i called him, i collected the car only to find out that only the windscreen was replaced, i took the car back now he's tellng me i have to pay
