NOT ORIGINAL VW PARTS USED TO SERVICE VEHICLE!

This is what you get when you send your car (Jetta 4 1.6 Comfortline) to VW Centurion, after asking them to replace the petrol pipe coming from the petrol pump to the filter with an ORIGINAL VW part. The original has clips that clip onto the filter which I broke off and fixed it temp the exact same way as VW did, which did not last - and exactly why I needed the pipe to be replaced with the ORIGINAL part after I had my vehicle towed to the dealership. But that's not all - it cost me a fortune to get this fixed for a 10cm fuel hose tightened with normal clamps which I could have done myself for less than R10! I have noticed this only now (a couple of months after the hose have been replaced) when I wanted to service my vehicle and change the petrol filter. Who is going to fix this???
