If you need to fix your car, Eric is your man

I took my car in for a clutch overhaul. I took the car to VW as they are the manufacturer and I did not want pirate parts and stuff. To my dismay, I was charged over R9000, so I said no I am taking my car elsewhere as I felt that R9000 to fix a golf MK1 clutch was ridiculous. So on Saturday the 20/07/2013 I went to fetch the car and that's when I met Eric, I explained the situation and he immediately took charge he took over the car's repairs and charged me at reasonable rates. Now this compliment is not about the lower charges. It is about how Eric took charge and re-quoted me. Within a day I had my car back and not only that he had also fixed other stuff that was rickety on the car. Now that for me is awesome service. We need more Eric's in this country.
