Kwik Fit
WAS CALLED A CHEAP CLIENT & AN

A few weeks ago i bought brand new tyres from Kwik Fit in Randburg. I was assisted by Eric. A week later i hit a pothole and tyre was damaged on the side. I went back to Kwik Fit to buy a new tyre. Eric agreed to order same brand and have it ready in a few hours. However, i couldnt wait so i asked them to keep my rim and i would collect the next day. When i went following day there was Stewart and he advised Eric was busy at the back of the shop. My tyre wasnt ready, again i left to return, . Today i made some time and dashed to coleect the tyre. Stewart told me i had to pay R579, but i queried that because the initial price was R520 and Eric had said they would give it to me at the same price. Stewart then told me thus why Eric isnt there cos he was full of and he was running his shop down. ( i ddnt need to hear that) He then told me he would give to me at R535, then he came down to R520. He then called me a cheap client, an and that he doesnt need my money i shouldnt come back to his shop. I tried to ask where this was coming from, and he called me a chep client. I felt insulted and as a client i feel this kind of service is not acceptable at all.
