MTN Ripping us off!!

Hi my name is Eric and i would like to know from MTN what they intend to do regarding the network being down every couple of days and when it does work the signal is so bad that it takes up to 15 min to download emails of less than 1 MB. Calls are dropped 50% of the time due to the bad and unreliable signal on a daily basis so this means more calls and more charges.

The price i am paying is exactly the same as people in the towns and cities but i am definitely not getting the same service as they are so i either expect a lower rate for the poorer service or hopefully better service. I understand there are not as many people in the area but still expect a decent and constant service for the money i pay.
