Bad service

In January 2013 I was going to purchase a vehicle from a motor dealer in Bloemfontein, the deal went sour and was cancelled. The dealer however registered the vehicle on my name (I never took possession of the vehicle) and then sold it to another buyer without taking it off my name. I have tried for the past 4 months to get him to remove it from my name, but to no avail. All that the salesman does is to promise that it will be done the next day. The vehicle is now liable for license fees as well as penalties for late payment, and there is an outstanding fine for a traffic violation.
