I called you guys 3 weeks ago and i was just told that i can just change the address on the system and all will be sorted . i calle dtoday and only to find out that, that is not the procedure. i wonder if thi slorraine Ruiters is even trained, she has waisted my time for nothing. she is incompitent. i spoke to Shirley Oliphant who wanted to make me sound stupid like i did not know what i was talking about. your staff has attitude and it stiinks
