Provident Fund not been paid

My Husband has been waiting for his Provident Fund since from 30 September 2013 according to the Letter that was given to him after Dismissal by his company TFD. I have phone NBCRFLI last week Monday and i spoke to the guy by the name of Jan Claude and ask him about the payment he said he was going to do an Urgent payment Request but nothing happened since, then i phoned them again Yesterday, i spoke to Antonia and she said they cannot pay him because his Bank Statement does have his name on it. You know whats annoys me is we always phone and phone but they always gives us different excuses. Please Peter can you please intervene because this is now way out of line, He is been waiting for Eight Months now for his money to be paid whereas TFD said he will get his money after Six Months. There is no way a Bank Statement can have no name on it, It is impossible. PLEASE HELP US PETER.
