SAID I DROVE 750KM WHERE I ONLY DROVE 153KM!!

On the 12th July we arrived at KingShaka's Avis to collect our car for the weekend. This was our very first booking with a car rental company. So for 1st timers i expect some one on one time just to explain everything nicely. We were helped by a gentleman by the name of Jean or sumthg. He speaks very quickly and i struggled to keep up. Anyways gave a R1000 deposit. He then just gave us the p/work and said you guys are all done you can go and get the car. He said they havent checked it and we us the client must run around it and see if we notice anythg and take it to the front. So we walked around the car to find all is in good condition. Get into the car note that the KM/s on car was at 12199, so off we went. On the 15th we returned the car with a full tank of petrol as requested. Car's KM was now at 12046. Went to office they just took the key and said thank you youll get your money back. no 1 walked with us to the car to check KM's or Damages. Now i see my account has been debited for R712.01. Phone to enquire "no acc to them i drove 750km/s so i went overmy free KM/s. But i mean if i only filled up the car with R146.00 how could i have driven 750km/s? Really disgusted :(
