On the way from Lanseria to Zeerust I was rear - ended on the N4 at exit 179 in Rustenburg. It took 15 minutes to get sorted out with the call centre - very inefficient. I was then contacted by the Rustenburg branch. I informe him that the car was severely damaged and need tow in. I then requested another car. I was told to hitch a ride to the Europcar office with the tow company. On arrival after filling in an accident report I was given a second car after having to pay a further R19, 200. I continued on my way to Zeerust. On my return on 17/06/13 I had a call from he gentleman. There were several missed calls on my phne - but I had no reception where I was visiting. The gentleman informed me that I had neglected to sign the delivery inspection of the car, and I should come to his office to sign the form. I informed him that he had neglected to give me the form on delivery at the office. On recept of the car it was dirty and not ready in my opinion. I informd hi that I would not go via his office, but should he require a signature he should meet me on the highway. All in all poor service in my opinion.
