On 14 March 2013 I collected a vehicle from Europcar Lanseria.
I had some issues which I communicated to the office verbally via telecon on the 15/03/2013 as well as in writing on the 18/03/2013.
Since then I have been shunted around from this person to the next and promised an answer within 2-5 days on each occasion, only to be shunted to another office and given the same response.
To date 4 weeks later I am still awaiting any kind of response!
In my opinion this is totally unacceptable customer service.
