In functional Out damaged

I took in my car for a major service where I was told that a 62 point check would be done. Granted, I asked that the findings be put on paper, no where did I say they should do anything about it. When I picked up my car It could not pull off on first gear.

In my surprise hardly 500m from the center I went back and I was greeted by Fani (the machanic) who said, and I quote "today you can have a baby and tomorrow its dead" what I do not understand is that, surely I as the driver of my vehicle could have not felt the symptoms of the clutch giving in. Earlier in the week I was there to inquire and I was given a quot which by the way could have been changed today, when I called it was R200 above the initial.

My car is my only means of moving around I do not know how they expect me to do so now, They sent me off without solution and I have paid, with no complaints for their services.

Someone needs to do something about this and urgently because for me not having a car means I cannot get to work and that stands in the way of my productivity with may result in being let go. I need a solution.
