This is the fourth time I am complaining about the dealer and the service that they have given me.
This time my clutch has worn out within the 5000 km that I have driven it.
the car went to ford and the dealership manager Chris Harmes from my 1st call informed me that he will not have it repaired and that a clutch can be worn out within a day or 1000km which is a lie.
He called ford and they informed him that the clutch is worn out and did not burn. he can prove it by opening the gear box if he wants and he told me that to get that report, I will have to pay for it.

being in the motor industry, if a clutch is worn out within the 1st 10 000km it will be covered by warranty. in this case they couldn't because I bought the car when it was almost 80 000 km. I called the people who did the 80 point check as he said they could have picked it up and they informed me that would have not picked that up as the dealer never requested them to do a 108 point check on the car. another from him that the car was checked throughly.

Can i get assistance or is going to the Ombudsman an option. I need this car to work, my job is on the line
how do you say it's negligence without prove.
