I went in to the Toyota dealers in De Aar on Friday 28 June 2013 to inquire about buying a bigger car and trading mine in. I spoke to Nejle Roux the sales person. I was interested in a vehicle and ask Mrs Roux to give me a quotation. She said she will do calculations and call me after 2pm. She never did. On Saturday I went to the dealership just find that they are close. I call the cellphone number on her business card which was not answered. Wednesday 3 July 2013 I called the dealership and was told Mrs Roux was busy with a client I ask for her to return my call which she did not.
I'm very disgusted with the service I received from Toyota De Aar.
