What a turnaround

I have been driving my car for a week and a half and I must say that I have been enjoying the car. Will be in contact as I have a query on excessive diesel fume smells in the car. Ever since I received the car, I have been kept in the loop at promised times regarding the License and Registration and Chris even offered to arrange that the documents gets delivered to me. My faith has been restored in this dealership and it is worth a mention that they did go out of their way to assist me with a loan car while I was waiting for my car initially. I am happy that I could discuss my concerns with the dealer principle to make him aware of where the process failed a bit in this instance. But he assured me that it is the exception and not the rule and I take his word for it.

As a result of the willingness to address my problem, I will be visiting this dealership again in the near future and recommend it to anyone else in the market.
