I was checking my bank statement and noticed that there was the same amount that was debited from my account. I phoned BP and spoke to Kurt and he explained the steps that would be followed to determine what happened and to refund me if my account was debited twice. He took all my details and asked me to fax the slip through to him so he could investigate. He displayed a willingness to assist me and get down to the bottom of the problem. I eventually called Standard bank and discovered that teh debits were for different occasions and that BP had nto debited my account twice. I called Kurt back to inform him and he thanked me for doing so. It was such a pleasure dealing with him and he really deserves a compliment.
