I bought 2012 Tata 1.4 28 Feb2012. On the second day after I took delivery i had to take vehicle back for suspension noice. Since I had the vehicle back 7 times but the propblem is still not resolved. I turned to the motor industry ombud for assistance but they now made a ruling to send a technician to assess the problem within 31 days. On Saturday my vehicle skidded on the road. I stopped at Supa Quick, on a report they confirm tyres are to be replaced as they are through on material, shock are loose, toe is out. I have send numeres mails and made so many calls to try to get some help. The radio was replaced 4 times and still not working. I have send the Supa Quick report to the ombudsman to ask for urgent assistance as I feel the vehicle is unsafe, i have to drive my kids to school every day, also send them picture of tyre. This mail I have send to Mr S. Lubbe of Tata S.A aswell as to Ettiene v Blerk but dont get any response, I am now refering the matter to the Nationa0l Consumer Tribunal and hopefully get some assistance, I just wonder when does the consumer act actually start to mean something, the vehicle only have 14 000 km, shocks replaced twice and still not fixed!
