My car was damaged by rats in the dealership

I recently bought myself a car from te above stated dealership and tis is a secobd csr that I buy from them. On the first week the car had engine problems but I didn't make noise about the issue. On the 2nd week the car gave meengine pproblems again abd it was towed back to the dealership were it stayed over the weekend. Wgen the car left my home I gad no damages on it but on Monday I received a call fromm sakki the service manager informing me that the car was damaged by rats and I will have to pay to get it fixed although the damages took place at their dealership.

The issue was raised to their general manager philip who prokised to get back to me but to this day I have not had anything from him. I will never send anyone else to that pathetic place.
