Billed for damages that took place at the deale

I recently bought myself a car from te above stated dealership and its a secobd car that I buy from them. On the first week the car had engine problems but I didn't make noise about the issue took it back to the dealership and they fixed the problem. On the 2nd week the car gave me engine problems again and it was towed back to the dealership were it stayed over theentire weekend. When the car left my home it had no damages on it but on Monday I received a call from sakki the service manager informing me that the car was damaged by rats and I will have to pay to get it fixed although the damages took place at their dealership located next to a storm water channel a breading place for such animals.

The issue was raised with the general manager philip who promised to get back to me but to this day I have not had anything from him. I will never send anyone else to that pathetic place and i will spread the new to the furthest corners of the world if i have to.
