I bouht the car from the dealer on the second day

I bought the above vehicle from D&L Motors on the 24 May 2013 and it has been giving me problems from the second day I spoke to Mr. Sathekge (Sales Rep) who advised me to bring it to them so that they can take it to their mechanic, That was done but the problem persisted until 1 July 2013 another problem came up where I was also advised by M Sathekge to take the car to Car service city in Midrand were I paid R6361.20 for electrical equipment to be fitted on their Invoice they have written that the problem I complained about it was that Front Discs & Brake Pads are old need to be replaced. I have also complained to Mr. Jaco Engelbrecht who told me that there is nothing that he can do. I have also included the quote of the job that that needed to be done. I have outstanding qoute of R2999.00.All i wanted was for the to repair under their faults under an implied warranty in terms of section 56 of the consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008
