Fix one problem while creating a worse one!

XPV 781 GP came into ClubMotors on 9 July 2013 at 07hr00 for headlamp bulbs replacement. XPV 781 GP is a 2008 320d, bought new from BMW Joburg City who have been servicing her till I decided to try Randburg Club Motors (RCM). XPV 781 GP is my car. Ever since birth this car has not had a problem with its headlamps, hence bulbs have not been replaced till now. This means its headlamps had been intact.

On that day I was advised I can as well wait for my car as they place it on some service you call Formula 1, the faster service. I agreed. I waited for the car and finally drove out around to ten same morning assured everything was ok.

On Sat around 1pm I took her to a car wash and the car cleaner advised me immediately that my headlamps were seeping water! I advised him to stop washing the car there and there. I could not call BMW as then they had closed for the weekend. I was so angry!
16 July 2013 the car was taken back by BMW to stop the seepage. I was assured it was fixed. It was not. The third time after I complained profusely they took the car back, gave some explanation and assured car was fixed. Again it was NOT!
I want my lamps fixed, is this too much to ask??!!!
