DHL NOT DELIVERING ON TIME

We signed the quotation on 22.11.2012 and the package was suppose to be picked up on 23.11.2012 in China. The package is suppose to take 3 - 4 working days for us to receive it in Namibia. Before signing the quotation we received quotations from different courier companies for less than DHL, but we decided to go with DHL because they were able to deliver the package in 3 - 4 working days. We received our package in drips and drabs, the first package we received 02.12.2012 (5 working days) later, the rest of the package was still in Johannesburg and they were suppose to deliver the package. We received the rest of the package 10.12.2012 (11 working days). We phoned DHL and informed them that we are not happy and they send us a complaint form which we filled in on the 11.12.2012. Yesterday I phoned DHL because we still do not have a invoice and no one phoned us inconnection with our complaint. I received a email from them stating that they will not be able to give us discount on the couriered goods because they already gave us a discount of 50%, which is not showing on the quotation. We are disappointed in the service we received and would like some sort of compensation.
