Wow! Service with an attitude through a window

It has been a long time since I have had such disgusting service from a 24hr service station. 10h37 at night you have pump attendants sleeping, a cashier with no name badge claiming her name is grace whom doesn't even know her employers name. Before she even Made a civil attempt to address my husband and myself, 3 months pregnant, set showed us come to the window. We signaled no, if this was a security issue, unlock the door let us in and lock the door behind us. No she was too busy sipping on a cold drink inside the cashier booth and reading. Her attitude reeked of useless carelessness toward customer service. I come out of a service industry and know my ten steps of service. Maybe there is a lack of training. If this is a instruction from owner unknown then customers should not be Made to believe it is a 24hr garage. We could not withdraw money for the Nedbank ATM is locked inside. Luckily an Engin garage 500m up the road could help us for there is no issues. I am not a and that is not a spaza on the side of the road, this is a service station on a busy main road.( jetpark road)
