No resonse feedback on claim

Car accident: my car was badly damaged at the rear end. We already submitted all the relevant documents the company and the company confirmed that they received the documents and the matter will be attended to, but up to date nothing has happened. It is now SIX weeks since the accident. The company do not reply on our emails and there is no answer when we phone. We only have one vehicle - this is really unexceptable. Please could you attend to this matter urgently. Kind regards
