I would like someone to get back to me with an email address, where I can submit written complaints. I phoned the customer care line on 010 215 6600, where after being on hold for 8 minutes, was told to press star to leave a message, when pressing star, to leave my message, the mailbox was full, and the call dropped. I can't even get hold of you, to lodge a formal complaint. Please can someone get back to me.
