Terrible Service on Vechile repai

My motor vehicle was in an accident on the 2nd of November 2012. The vehicle was collected on the the 6th of November 2012 and taken to Danmar Autobody Benoni. Its now been more than 3 Months since the collection of the vehicle but still no vehicle.!!! Every time i phone there are always excuses. I was promised on the the 4th of February 2013 the vehicle could be collected on the 13th of February 2013. When i phoned today (12February 2013) there was yet another excuse of parts that was forgotten and needed to be ordered with a 2 week delivery. So 2 week delivery plus another 2 week installation means i will MAYBE receive my vehicle after 4 Months.!!!??? What service is this.? Its completely unacceptable according to me. 4 Months just to repair a vehicle. I have never experienced such pathetic service from a so called leading company in vehicle repairs.
