Firstly i was sent pricing of R737 for Friday 12/07 to Mon 15/07 on reference below. The booking was linked to my kulula flight, the dates on my booking was wrong so i needed to check the car out one day earlier. For the extra day the difference can not amount to the amount on the invoice which was double the amount on my booking.

Also secondly i was given a mechanically defective car, which i had much issues in exchanging i went to multiple branches and eventually took it back to the collection branch. I was then still charged for fuel on this car. Also never was an apology given for my inconvenience or a though given buy any of your staff to the time that I had had to waste.

I have sent a few emails to your debtors department with not even getting a response.

Please could some one contact me to discuss as the service that I have received has been on the poor side and the invoice clearly seems to be a problem.
