BMW South Africa
BMW factory problem which has become mine

Cars & Transport

Hellow.
My name is Dr Gugulethu Nxum? lo.
I Traded in at Eastview a BMW 3 series late last year.. 2012.
At 10 000 km it started giving me problems of high revs and loss of power associated with all warnings coming up in the car. I always hv to drive to the side and stop car as it happens at any time and at what ever speed I'm driving. I took it back to Eastview few times for service when that happens but I was never helped.
At a later stage I read on news paper about 33 000 BMW with that problem and were recalled. I called BMW Sa and confirmed that my car was counted in the recalled cars.
It was then booked into Bruma BMW for fixing several times but they don't seem to fix it.
I always take in car, minimal period of 3 weeks while they claim to fix car. I always get car back and problem starts all over again within 2-3 days. It's a random thing.
I feel I've given BMW enough time to figure the problem and fix, spent lotsa money on the car hoping for comfort but unfortunately have not got much joy since I bought this car.
I've suggested that they take the car back and give me another but never seem to intertain that.
I'm a very unhappy BMW customer right now. Please HELP!
