Vehicle goes in for a minor repair!

Cars & Transport

Booked my Land Rover 2003 Discovery 2 in for a minor repair at my local Land Rover dealer i.e. Nelspruit/Autotec Land Rover.
Got it back in a non driveable state.
When questioned was told that they are attending to the problem and the problem with their Testbook4 computer.
My Disco needed to have the ECU and BCU reset then synchronised. This never happened. I was asked to collect the vehicle as it was now starting. I drove my Disco to them. My dash now looked like a Christmas Tree. The 3 amigos where present, but not before. "S" and "M" lights where flashing for the auto box. Auto box stuck in 3 gear. Aircon not working nor the radio. I've been unable to ride my Disco. Been almost 1 month since they worked on it. The problem lay with their Testbook4 and not my Disco. No it has become my problem to get my Disco sorted out. I must phone them to see when this will be rectified and I've been informed that I will be paying to rectify these issues or faults. Problems they have caused. I've had problems with Autotec in the past, with our Volvo. Yes they are the local Volvo, Land Rover and Jaguar dealer here in Nelspruit. Yes the have the monopoly, that's why they give this service.
