Intertrans Refuse To Replace Damaged Goods

An update regarding Intertrans' negligence. After they were advised to pack certain items to avoid damage, their negligence caused the breakage of multiple furniture being transported by Intertrans KZN. After weekly excuses for my goods not being replaced, I made a complaint on Hello Peter. Alan Hughes, General Manager KZN and Michelle Padavattan, advised that now that a complaint was made, they don't see the need to replace my furniture. They advised that I am free to complain to whomever I see fit as because I did not take insurance with them, they refuse to take responsiliblity for damaging my goods. The service received from Intertrans has been a nightmare. They do not care about good customer service or that they are responsible for damaging your belongings. So, I will be placing weekly complaints to inform other consumers of this pathetic service. Intertrans was made aware of this and their response was to simply ignore my email.
