Supa Quick
LOST WHEEL NUTS CHROME COVERS

Cars & Transport

On 25 June 2013 i went to Supa Quick, Centurion (Zwartkop EXT 4) to fit a tyre after i had a puncture the previous day. On the advice of the sales consultant, i purchased and fitted two Bridgestone tyres and had a wheel alignment done. On 26 June 2013 morning i noticed, whilst washing the car (a ford focus), that three (3) wheel nuts chrome covers were missing. I then went to Supa Quick, Centurion and enquired about what happened to the wheel nuts covers as i am certain that they disappeared when they fitted the new tyres. The wheel nuts covers were missing at the same side of the car (left side) where the puncture occured and i had to swap the front wheel (which had a puncure) with the rear wheel when i had the puncture. The sales consultant took my contact details and promised to replace the missing wheel nuts covers within four (4) days. I am disappointed that to date the vehicle's wheels still look vandalised and Supa Quick, Centurion do not want to replace the wheel nuts covers. I may add that a technician from Lazarus Ford confirmed that the chrome covers can only be removed by force and cannot fall off the wheels by themselves.
