How does one discretely contact the appropriate service representative from Porsche's National Customer Service department? I wish to not yet specify the branch where the infractions took place, but I must stress the gravity of the events that took place, and is currently still on-going. Repeated false promises, at different levels of sale and overall inadequacy of service delivery. Giving the overall impression of underhandedness. A great disappointed from the brand. Every time I take the matter up with the local branch I get put in contact with a different person, at a different level. I am getting this poor treatment after I already paid my deposit for my luxury vehicle!! All of this is leaving a bad taste in my mouth, and soon owing to bad word of mouth from my side. I have plethora of e-mail exchanges to act as proof and to adumbrate my grievances.
